He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of leadership and advisory experience in credit appraisal, monitoring, and risk assessment of large industrial and infrastructure exposures for banks, lenders, and financial institutions. He has held senior leadership roles including Business Segment Controller at Siemens and Zonal Commercial Head at Voltas Limited, providing deep exposure to multinational governance, EPC execution, and complex project economics.

He combines strong corporate-side execution experience with independent advisory judgment, which is highly valued by banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. He is currently engaged by banks, lenders, EPC players, and government bodies for Project Finance Advisory, Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies, Specialized Monitoring (ASM) assignments, and commercial risk assessment, supporting informed credit decisions, corrective action plans, and resolution strategies.

He has extensive experience across EPC, infrastructure, and industrial projects, including EPC contract structuring, commercial risk mitigation, greenfield and brownfield project development, and strategic advisory for large corporates. His sectoral exposure includes Construction & Engineering, Cement & Building Materials, Food Processing & Agro-based Industries, Iron & Steel, Power, and Heavy Engineering.
