He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce Graduate. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002, following his MBA (Finance), and has completed several post-qualification courses including DISA, IFRS, Arbitration, Concurrent Audit, and GST Certification conducted by ICAI.

He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and an active Partner of his firm “RAJEEV DEVENDRA & CO.”, with offices in Meerut, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Dubai, serving in the fields of Bank Audits, Taxation, and GST.

Currently, he is elected as Regional Council Member (2025–29) of CIRC of ICAI. He actively participates in initiatives for the welfare of CA members, has served as faculty member at Meerut Branch of CIRC, and is a frequent guest speaker in seminars and conferences. He also served as CICASA Chairman (2024–25) of CIRC, authored professional books and articles, and was awarded the Brand Icon Award by Times of India (2016) for excellence and service.

He is passionate about teaching CA courses to upcoming generations of the fraternity.
